- Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR – user consent (e.g., saving data for future applications)

We may collect the following personal data: name, surname, email address, description, CV file, IP address, and other data provided voluntarily during the application process.

Workify.it uses cookies only for login sessions. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

- Vercel – hosting provider
- Stripe – payment processing (data handled directly by Stripe)
- Vercel Blob - CV file storage
- Authorized team recruiters – access to applications
7. Data Retention
Data is retained for up to 6 months after the application date unless the user requests earlier deletion. After that, data is permanently removed.

9. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Workify.it complies with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process personal data based on the legal grounds defined in Article 6 of the GDPR and ensure that all user rights listed in Articles 15–22 are upheld.
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
